1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bph233" refers to the bph233 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering the gaming and betting services described herein.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has successfully completed bph233 account registration and whose account is in good standing.
• "Platform" means the bph233 website accessible at bph233.com, including all gaming lobbies, the bph233 Casino, sports betting, cashier, and support systems.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all bph233 account balances, transactions, and wagering activities are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the bph233 Platform is restricted under applicable licensing conditions or local law.
• "Gaming Software" means all casino game engines, random number generators, sportsbook systems, and associated technology powering the bph233 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bph233 Platform, completing the bph233 account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with bph233's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bph233 Platform and, if registered, request account closure through the bph233 support team.

3 Account Registration

To access the full bph233 Platform, including the bph233 Casino, sportsbook, and PKR cashier, you must register a bph233 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You may register only one bph233 account per person. bph233 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts across common identifiers including CNIC number, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, and payment method. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
• Real-money balances held in secondary accounts may be transferred to the primary account at bph233's sole discretion, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
• Persistent attempts to maintain multiple accounts may result in permanent exclusion from the bph233 Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bph233 login credentials. bph233 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. Report any suspected unauthorised access to the bph233 support team immediately.

4 Age Verification

bph233 operates a strict 21+ age policy. No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the bph233 Platform. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

bph233 conducts age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to confirm your age and identity:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Pakistani driving licence with a photograph

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, bph233 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain Platform features. Where a Member is found to have provided false age information, the Member's account will be closed immediately, all funds held in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bph233 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bph233 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and MCB bank transfer.

The following conditions apply to all bph233 cashier transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the bph233 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in deposit reversal and potential account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
• bph233 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.
• Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically within minutes of approval during standard operating hours PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day of approval.
• bph233 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

bph233 conducts transaction monitoring in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming licence. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed pending completion of the review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bph233 offers a range of promotional incentives to Pakistani members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and, where not expressly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Circumventing these limits constitutes bonus abuse.
• bph233 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any bonus-derived winnings, and suspend any account where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of exploitation of promotional offers is detected.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only upon making their first qualifying deposit. Existing Members who close and re-register accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have such bonuses voided.
• Free bets and sports betting bonus offers are subject to minimum odds requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.
• bph233 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion modification will be notified of the change through the bph233 support team or on-Platform notification.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games available through the bph233 Casino — including live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, slots, and instant games — operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time card and wheel mechanics overseen by trained dealers.

By participating in any casino game on the bph233 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined entirely by chance, and past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• bph233's record of all gaming transactions and outcomes is the definitive record. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded in bph233's system, the bph233 system record will prevail.
• Disconnection during a live game round does not entitle you to a refund of the wager placed for that round. bph233's disconnection policy, as displayed in the relevant game lobby, governs incomplete game rounds.
• bph233 reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a technical malfunction has materially affected the fairness of the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at bph233's discretion.

8 Sports Betting Rules

bph233's sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20I competitions — as well as other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bph233 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bph233 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at its discretion.
• In the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bph233's applicable sports betting rules — published in the sportsbook section of the Platform — will determine how affected bets are settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds and bph233's system capacity at the time of placement. bph233 is not liable for the unavailability of live betting markets due to data feed interruptions.
• Obvious pricing errors in bph233's odds — including but not limited to instances where odds are manifestly incorrect relative to true market prices — will result in the relevant bets being voided regardless of settlement status.
• PSL and other major cricket markets are subject to bph233's cricket-specific betting rules, including rulings on the impact of weather delays, DRS decisions, and match abandonment on settled bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bph233 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to interact with the bph233 Platform without genuine human input.
• Collusion with other Members in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bph233.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the bph233 Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with the bph233 support team.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bph233 Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to bph233 immediately.
• Accessing the bph233 Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited under local law or bph233's licensing conditions.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bph233 staff or other Members through any bph233 communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bph233 Platform — including but not limited to the bph233 brand name, logo, game content, software, design, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of bph233 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bph233 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any bph233 content without the prior written consent of bph233.

11 Privacy & Data

bph233 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between bph233 and each Member. By registering a bph233 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the bph233 Privacy Policy.

bph233 may be required to disclose Member data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties pursuant to its obligations under its international gaming licence, anti-money laundering regulations, or applicable legal requirements. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable data protection principles.

12 Responsible Gaming

bph233 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani Members. Gaming on the bph233 Platform should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. bph233 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their bph233 account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bph233 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the bph233 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

bph233's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bph233 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability. bph233 will endeavour to notify Members of planned maintenance in advance through on-Platform announcements.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

bph233 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The Member has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member's account activity is associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or licensing obligations necessitate account restriction or closure.
• The Member is accessing the bph233 Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bph233 is not obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at bph233's discretion for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered PKR payment method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their bph233 account may do so at any time by contacting the bph233 support team. Pending withdrawals and active bonus wagering requirements will be handled in accordance with these Terms at the time of the closure request.

15 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute between a Member and bph233 arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the Member's use of the Platform, or any gaming or betting transaction, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: The Member must first submit the dispute in writing to the bph233 support team, providing all relevant details including the account username, transaction reference (where applicable), and a clear description of the issue. bph233 will endeavour to respond within 5 business days PKT.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with the initial response, the matter may be escalated to the bph233 management team by written request. A final decision will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: Where the dispute remains unresolved following exhaustion of bph233's internal process, the Member may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under bph233's international gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bph233 holds its international gaming licence. bph233's gaming licence is subject to the regulatory oversight of the relevant issuing authority.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bph233 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bph233 will notify registered Members through on-Platform notifications or by email to the address registered on the Member's bph233 account, with reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the Member's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever changes are made. Continued use of the bph233 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
